The early involvement of our DFM team has been key to our success. Our DFM team will collaborate with your design team to introduce products that are robust, reliable and are optimised for volume, cost and quality production. Our early involvement in projects leads to a reduction in overall development costs, by preventing costly re spins, and by shortening the product development process.

This is a full turnkey DFM solution at early product development phases, which allows us to prevent problems with the product from an early stage of the design cycle.
During the DFM process, we review all of the raw materials that will be used in the product assembly. Our experienced team of engineers will identify whether any of the raw materials have a suspect history or are nearing the end of their lifecycle span. If any raw materials are nearing the end of their lifecycle, we will recommend alternatives which are in their early lifespan. We have prevented many early DFM issues at source, preventing costly respins and the costly approval from FDA and Aviation designs. We have automated lifecycle tools available within M&M Qualtech which can be used to aid designers.
Our software tools at PCB level help to prevent layout issues at early design phase and our DFM experience at unit assembly is unique in helping to prevent end product installation errors through our experience within the plug and play solutions.
