Over the past 28 years, we have built up an in-depth knowledge of Final Product Assemblies within the Automotive, Electrical, Aviation and Medical Device sectors. Our knowledge within these areas, along with our experience in Supply Chain Management, ensures that we can offer both plastic and metal based Final Product Assemblies. If required, our Final Product Assemblies can be assembled to meet ISO and FDA requirements with traceability to unique serial numbers. We use this bases as the gold standard where possible for other general Final Assemblies to ensure we have this traceability where required. Our engineering team can aid in the development of automated packing process solutions for Final Assemblies/Packaging where required.
Our Final Product Assemblies are completed with a core link from our early involvement in the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) process. This allows us to offer Full Product Assemblies at unit level, so products can be developed to a near plug and play concept, saving time and costs. Our engineering team utilise the basics of six sigma and poke yoke within the DFM process, which ensures products are produced error free during a Final Product Assembly. Our Final Product Assembly is linked to our pick and pack and labelling services, offering a full turnkey solution if required. Many of our customer’s avail of our shipping service, having their products shipped directly to their end user to avoid the extra costs of secondary warehousing and logistics.
